Scalable carbon removal for lasting climate benefit

MechanicalTree™ farms are designed for manufacturability and transportability, enabling efficient production, shipment, and assembly across diverse geographies. This approach allows the technology to scale from small clusters designed for around 1,000 tonnes per year (TPY) to large carbon farms composed of thousands of capture units.

Carbon Collect is advancing this design through a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) program focused on large-scale deployment. Each farm will combine modular units operating asynchronously to maintain continuous, high-volume CO₂ removal.

The technology’s modular architecture and AI- and Deep Reinforcement Learning–driven control systems will enable future Smart DAC operation — dynamically optimizing energy use, regeneration timing, and maintenance scheduling across multiple farms.

Carbon Collect’s roadmap targets scalable, cost-effective deployment to deliver meaningful, permanent carbon removal.
