Caroline has over 30 years of experience in the food industry and international business leadership. She began her career with Green Isle Foods before joining Keelings in 1994, where she served as CEO for almost two decades, transforming the family business into one of Ireland’s largest fruit and vegetable distributors with international operations. She is the founder of CBA Ventures, an Irish investment firm focused on scaling innovative businesses in Climate and Digital/Nutritional Healthcare, and serves as a Trustee of IBEC, Chair of Beats Medical, and board member of Keelings, Valid Nutrition, and Social Entrepreneurs Ireland.
